Our team’s experience includes arbitration of union grievances; job safety cases before OSHA; minimum wage and overtime audits by the Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division and litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act; cases under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act; and litigation of claims including wrongful termination, breach of contract, defamation and violations of whistleblower laws. Our team litigates disputes covered by Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) and has experience as EPL panel counsel to various insurers.
